Why did I start this blog?
I started Chats with Nicole as a step toward living more authentically-not just for myself, but for anyone who has ever felt stuck, lost or unsure of what comes next. At 35, I've been through divorce, motherhood and the journey of rebuilding. I've faced some of my lowest lows and celebrated some of my highest highs. Through it all, I've learned that healing isn't just about moving on-it's about reclaiming yourself, breaking old patterns and creating a life that feels true to you.
This blog is my way of exploring the past, embracing the present and figuring out how to step into my best future. If you've ever found yourself in a season of change, you're not alone.
